Why not? Seriously, pretty much every benefit you experience from single bells will be amplified with a pair of bells.
Probably the most important thing about using a pair of kettlebells is that you can do even more work in than you can with a single kettlebell.
And that means faster results.
And who doesn't want that?
When you start incorporating doubles work into your training program you'll notice the following:
